Using the service

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Use the leads and data for legitimate business outreach only, and comply with all applicable laws, including those governing email and calls.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape the service or its data outside the export features we provide.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current billing period, then return to the Free plan. See the pricing page for current plan details.

Data accuracy

Business listings and website grades are provided as-is for prospecting. While we work to keep them accurate, we do not guarantee completeness or results, and you are responsible for how you use the information.

Intellectual property

WebsiteLeadFinder and its software, design, and content are owned by us. Your exported lead lists are yours to use within these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
